Orders placed on our website are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Custom stitching orders are made to order hence shipping timeline for these sizes may vary between 7-15 working days. Free shipping is applicable on all orders placed within India. International Shipping is charged extra. For any shipping related queries you may write to us at support@karchobi.in.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery within India only. A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) service charge of Rs. 100/- is applicable to cover additional handling and logistics costs associated with COD orders. This helps us ensure timely and reliable delivery for all our customers.
How long will my order take?

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation on email and WhatsApp with a tracking number & link. The link can be used to track the Estimated Date of Delivery.
Can I modify my order before it ships?
Once we receive your order we get on it right away to make the delivery speedy. Changes to the orders can be made only before they are shipped. Contact us through WhatsApp/ chat-box on the website on the lower right corner or email us at support@karchobi.in and we will help you do the needful.
Can I also do a store pick-up?
We would love to greet you at our stores! If you are based in Delhi NCR you can place your order online & opt in for a store pick-up. For doing the same just add a message during the checkout & we will let you know when your order reaches our store. Our in-store pick-up address is mentioned below.

What if the order does not reach me?
Don't worry, just let us know & we will handle the rest. Once you share your tracking number with us, we will get in touch with our courier partner & update you with the courier status immediately. If an order is unfulfilled we will refund you the amount or ship another order with the same contents.
