Refund policy

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a exchange, you can contact us at support@karchobi.in and you will get a revert within 48 working hours. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

After receiving the product it will go through the QC process following which if your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we offer refunds in the form of Gift Card/Credit Note. The Gift Card/Credit Note is valid for future purchases valid up to 6 months. The same can be used fully or partially. We also offer easy exchanges between styles & sizes.

For returns, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity of 6 months.

Note: The store credit coupon/note code can't be applied with any other discount coupon code or deal.

Return and Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case of return or exchange, reverse pickup and logistic charges of Rs.150 will be borne by the customer.

In case of exchange, customer can select a different size or product. Any price difference for a higher priced product amount will be paid by the customer and any difference for a lower priced product amount will be credited in the form of a store credit.

The store credit will be initiated if the size for the exchange is not available.

We do not accept Return or Exchange for the products on Sale or any other discount offers/promotions. 

Customized products according to the custom requirements are not eligible for the return or exchange.

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only and the refund will be initiated after deducting the transaction/payment gateway charges.

Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for refund. The store credit will be initiated after deducting the associated logistic charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special/custom stitched orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Plus Sizes (4XL and above) are made to order hence they are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I exchange my order ?

We will gladly accept exchanges for all orders that fall under the criteria mentioned above. Please make sure the item/product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise to be valid for exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. 

What are the steps for Exchange ?

Kindly email us your exchange query along with the order number at support@karchobi.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will revert to you with the next steps within 48 working hours.

What is the time period for Exchange ?

We offer an exchange period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. An order can only be exchanged or is eligible for a credit note only once per order.

How do I send my product back to you ?

For a speedy exchange process you can choose to self-ship your order. You can courier your product back to our return desk (on the below mentioned address) & upon receiving the delivery we will dispatch the exchanged product to your address. Please refer to the previous information regarding exchange eligible products/criteria.

Can I exchange my order from the store ?

We would love to meet you at the store! All product's purchased through our online store can be exchanged at our retail store. If you wish to do the same get in touch with us through WhatsApp chat or email & share your order number. We will take care of the rest for you.

Can I exchange/return Sale items ?

Sale products or products on any discount offers/promotions can only be exchanged for size subject to availability. Sale products cannot be exchanged for any other style. We do not offer credit notes in exchange of Sale Products.
